Q:The brush has stopped spinning and I have cleaned debris from bottom, what could be wrong? Also took off bottom cover looking for belt, where is the belt and how do you get to it?

A:You do not need to change the belt. This vacuum includes a Lifetime Belt which reduces your maintenance costs because you never have to purchase replacements.
Q:how do you raise and lower the brushes as it will notseem to pick up string in the carpet
A:There is a button that you press near the canister that has a drawing of a underside of the vacuum that you press.
A:There is no height adjustment on this vacuum.

This warranty does not cover parts of the cleaner that require replacement under normal use, such as disposable dust bags, fans, filters, drive belts, light bulbs, brush roll bristles, impellers and cleaning. Any damages or malfunctions caused by negligence, abuse, or use not in accordance with the Owner’s Guide are not covered by this warranty. Likewise, any defects or damages caused by unauthorized service or the use of other than Genuine Electrolux parts is not covered.
Electrolux will, at its option, repair or replace a defective cleaner or cleaner part that is covered by this warranty. As a matter of warranty policy, Electrolux will not refund the consumer’s purchase price.
