Your Electrolux cleaner is warranted to be free from all defects in material and workmanship in normal household use for a period of two years. The warranty is granted only to the original purchaser and members of his or her immediate household. The warranty is subject to the following provisions.
This warranty does not cover parts of the cleaner that require replacement under normal use, such as disposable dust bags, fans, filters, drive belts, light bulbs, brush roll bristles, impellers and cleaning. Any damages or malfunctions caused by negligence, abuse, or use not in accordance with the Owner’s Guide are not covered by this warranty. Likewise, any defects or damages caused by unauthorized service or the use of other than Genuine Electrolux parts is not covered.
Electrolux will, at its option, repair or replace a defective cleaner or cleaner part that is covered by this warranty. As a matter of warranty policy, Electrolux will not refund the consumer’s purchase price.

We just got this model on Jan. 31st, It is a very good product, it has LOTS of suction, hose sometimes kinks but if you keep it straight, it should be fine. My mom has owned an Electrolux Canister Vacuum for 4 Decades & paid $1000.00 dollars for it & finally the motor was went out after 10 years. It was also made mostly out of plastic & the parts would break on it. This Model seems to be quieter than the last one & less expensive. You can barely hear it from another room. The only con is the Upholstery Tool is inefficient. I would still recommend this product to anyone else considering in purchasing a new Electrolux Canister Vacuum. I researched this product for many weeks & CPO is still the cheapest that the other places that I researched.

My friend who cleans homes professionally recommended the Electrolux as the best vacuum she has used. She is familiar with Kenmore, Dyson, and many others and said Electrolux was the absolute best. I was concerned over the price, but have had highly positive experiences with refurbished items so I was excited to be able to purchase this refurbished(Same warranty)at 1/2 the price. It was delivered quickly, looks brand new, and all parts accounted for including instruction manual. I took it for a test run on carpet, wood floors, tile, stairs, upholstery, ceiling dustwebs, etc. I have two dogs and two cats. Lots of pet hair! It did an outstanding job. And it is sooooo quiet. I am an early riser my husband is not and I was able to vacuum downstairs without disturbing him. It is a smaller canister, so the bag is smaller than my last cannister vacuum, but it is so much lighter and more maneuverable. In addition, it has an extra wide floor attachment that is excellent! At first I thought the brush and crevice tools were missing, but I found them cleverly tucked into the handle, out of the way but on board for quick use. Very very happy with this purchase!

It's all in the details. Rubber coated wheels are quiet and smooth. Horsehair floor sweeper also has rubber wheels so no scraping on hardwoods. Carbon bags are great for those with pets. Slight signs of use well worth discount.

Good machine and well worth the money. As with one of the other users mine came with a bad kink in the hose and it was replaced without question. It took awhile to get the new hose but the kinked one was useable with caution. This is the second one I have purchased. My old one is about 6-7 yrs old and is now in my rv. These are great machines with a lot of suction and fairly quiet.

This is the second oxygen electrolux I have purchased from CPO. This one did come with a kinked hose (another user had the same problem)and it was easily replaced but a little slow in coming. Folks, you have to recognize one thing on most new vacuums of any make: They are all mostly made of plastic these days unlike the metal ones of some of our youth. Plastic just does not hold up well sometimes. I am a collector of old vacuums and these are about as good as they get unless you want to spend $1,000 or more on the convential vac of the same make or the other high priced vac whose name starts with a "K". Buy one you will not be disappointed.

Very good suction. Either power head or attachment brush work very well on hardwood and tile floors. Power head easy to use and adjust for different carpet heights. Seems to be built well. If it lasts it will be a fantastic product. Easy to knock the attachments out once in a while but not really a big deal.

Awesome vacuum for a refurbished product. I looked everywhere for this model and couldn't afford the one on [@] so I found this one on [@] with free ship and it arrived looking brand new and with the attachments and original instruction manual. So far I've used it on the living room carpets where the most pet hair accumulates since we have 2 cats and a very hairy dog who sheds. I'm very pleased with this canister vacuum. The attachments are great and the suction is out of this world. I've even used it to groom my dog and she loved it. It took some getting used to since I use an upright most of the time but once I got the hang of it, it's like my new best friend. The only quirk I have is the attachment wand could be longer and the hose does kink at times but it more than makes up for it in ease of use and overall performance. I haven't used it on bare floors yet. I will have to buy more filters but I love my "new" Electrolux. Thanks CPO!
