Your Electrolux cleaner is warranted to be free from all defects in material and workmanship in normal household use for a period of two years. The warranty is granted only to the original purchaser and members of his or her immediate household. The warranty is subject to the following provisions.
This warranty does not cover parts of the cleaner that require replacement under normal use, such as disposable dust bags, fans, filters, drive belts, light bulbs, brush roll bristles, impellers and cleaning. Any damages or malfunctions caused by negligence, abuse, or use not in accordance with the Owner’s Guide are not covered by this warranty. Likewise, any defects or damages caused by unauthorized service or the use of other than Genuine Electrolux parts is not covered.
Electrolux will, at its option, repair or replace a defective cleaner or cleaner part that is covered by this warranty. As a matter of warranty policy, Electrolux will not refund the consumer’s purchase price.

The product was great for one year, then it slowly started falling apart, it got a short in the handle, which caused the carpet cleaner to burn out...found out this really isn't an electrolux it is a eureka....will not buy another one.

I LOVE THE FLOOR ATTACHMENT. it's nice and wide. Can't get powerhead in a center position to make it capable to lean right and left instead of 1 side only. I must admit i didn't spend much time trying to figure it out.

This seems to be an excellent vacuum cleaner, although I've only had it for a short time. It works great, nothing broken, and seems sturdy enough to last a long time. Power brush is very strong. The biggest complaint that I have about Electrolux Oxygen vacuums is the wide variety of models. They all look the same, except for the colors. The differing features are minimal. There is no one source that sells the entire model line, not even from the corporate website. This makes it difficult to compare prices and features. I would recommend that the Electrolux company simplify their model lines. Then they could lower their prices.
